Price Includes* :

• Your race event listed on our website with links to your on-line registration page;
• Assistance with setting up your on-line registration page, if needed;
• A disposable rfid timing tag for all participants that we affix to the back of each race number;
• Packet pick-up training of your staff and volunteers on race number distribution;
• Set-up of a 14 foot high start flag at the start line of your race;
• Set-up of your finish line area which includes a primary and back-up timing system, an inflatable finish line arch, a corral and a digital time clock;
• Race results posted on-line and at your event site within seconds of each runner crossing the finish line;
• Pass through promotion of your race on our social media;
• Promotion of your race via our on-line newsletter (20,000+ recipients) which goes out weekly. Our on-line newsletter features the next 10 upcoming races on our event calendar.

***Add $250 to the above pricing for events whose distance is Half Marathon or longer. Additionally, race numbers cost extra. Lastly, the Race Director is responsible for providing volunteers to hand out race numbers during all advanced packet pickups and on race day.
